My recent stay at Royal Hideaway was a mix of highs and lows. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated their attentive service, especially during meals. However, I was disappointed by the food quality and cleanliness in some areas of the resort. While the beach view was stunning, it seemed that attention to detail in maintenance needs improvement.

I just returned from an very nice stay at the Royal Hideaway Playacar. The service was really good, and I was blown away by the beautiful hotel and stunning beach. While the resort is on the smaller side, it adds to the intimate and relaxing vibe, even though I found some of the furnishings slightly dated. Overall, I had an amazing time and can't wait to return.
